Basic Salary + Competitive Commission
- Handle full recruitment cycle / 360° recruiting
- Pre-screening / interviewing / short-listing candidates according to client requirements
- Scheduling and arranging interviews for candidates
- Manage both client and candidate expectations; be a third party negotiator
- Develop new clientele through cold-calling, cold canvas visits and networking
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline; HR-related background would be advantageous
- Preferably CEI-certified
- At least 2 - 3 years in a similar profession; HR, Recruitment, Sales or Customer Service
- Confident, fast learner with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with using job portals would be an advantage
- Computer literate and tech savvy
