Basic Salary + Competitive Commission
- Handle full recruitment cycle / 360° recruiting
- Pre-screening / interviewing / short-listing candidates according to client requirements
- Scheduling and arranging interviews for candidates
- Manage both client and candidate expectations; be a third party negotiator
- Develop new clientele through cold-calling, cold canvas visits and networking
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
- Good work attitude and willing to work as a team apart from individual targets
- Able to communicate well with others
- CEI certification would be advantageous
- No prior recruiting experience required
- On-job training will be provided for candidates without prior experience
