- Achieving the assigned sales target
- Build, align and execute regional and product go-to-market
- Work with marketing to bring packaged solutions and create demand generation and awareness campaigns
- Drive product adoption in the region, while supporting sales activities with product knowledge to ensure increase in opportunity closing rate.
- Work with client and the company; target ISV vendors to build joint solutions, develop value propositions, recruit and enable target partners across Asia Pacific.
- Keeping regional team members up to date with all the latest major product features or new releases, ensuring better solution offering for our targeted clients
- Regular cadence and reporting with client's stakeholders on pipeline
- Experience in storage sales and knowledge of unstructured data storage i.e. fie& object storage preferred
- Experience in solution selling and working with ISVs will be a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Influence business outcomes without having direct control
