  • Achieving the assigned sales target
  • Build, align and execute regional and product go-to-market
  • Work with marketing to bring packaged solutions and create demand generation and awareness campaigns
  • Drive product adoption in the region, while supporting sales activities with product knowledge to ensure increase in opportunity closing rate.
  • Work with client and the company; target ISV vendors to build joint solutions, develop value propositions, recruit and enable target partners across Asia Pacific.
  • Keeping regional team members up to date with all the latest major product features or new releases, ensuring better solution offering for our targeted clients
  • Regular cadence and reporting with client's stakeholders on pipeline


  • Experience in storage sales and knowledge of unstructured data storage i.e. fie& object storage preferred
  • Experience in solution selling and working with ISVs will be a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Results focused
  • Sound business acumen
  • Influence business outcomes without having direct control
